SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Most veils have a shipping time of 10 working days. Contact us if you need your veil before and we will try to accommodate you.

If there is a significant delay in sending your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The return or exchange request must be made within 3 days after delivery and we will provide you with further instructions as long as an item arrives defective or damaged by an error on our part, a refund will be issued for shipping and return costs. The refund will be issued in the same way as the original payment within 3 days of receipt of the return. 

We assume no responsibility for loss or damage in the shipment of returned products. International duties and taxes are not refunded. Contact your local customs office for information on claims for reimbursement of duties and international taxes. 

We do not make returns of items on offer, custom orders or altered parts.
